Information You Provide
- Order information — name, shipping address, email address, and phone number when you place an order
- Email sign-up — email address when you subscribe to product updates or launch notifications

Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe’s privacy policy governs payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — set by Cloudflare and Stripe so the site loads and payments work. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
- Advertising and measurement — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure which ads lead to product page views, checkouts, and purchases. This lets Meta attribute a conversion to an ad you saw and may be used to show you ads. Data shared with Meta includes page views, checkout and purchase events, and — for completed orders — a cryptographically hashed version of your email address, phone number, and delivery city, state, ZIP, and country. We do not send Meta your name, street address, or payment details.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can limit ad personalization in your Meta account settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality. Blocking advertising cookies does not affect your ability to browse or place an order.
We do not sell your personal information as that term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Sharing data with Meta for advertising measurement may, however, qualify as "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising" under California law — to opt out, email info@bosscoversusa.com.
Data Retention
We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with legal and tax obligations. Email list subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing us at info@bosscoversusa.com.
