Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Boss Covers USA website (bosscoversusa.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Products & Orders
Product Description
CLOAK is an environmental protection shield for electronic safe keypads. It is designed to shield against impact, fire, water, and dust, and includes copper/nickel faraday layers for electromagnetic and RF shielding. Boss Covers USA has not completed independent EMP testing and makes no representation that CLOAK will keep a keypad functional through an EMP event. CLOAK is not a security or anti-theft device — the safe handles security; CLOAK handles environmental threats.
Order Terms
Your card is charged when you place the order. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
- We ship your order within 30 days of purchase. If we cannot, we will email you with a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund at that point
- You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships
- Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are approximate and not guaranteed
- The price you paid is locked in — later price changes do not affect orders already placed
Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars. The $225 price includes free shipping within the United States — no shipping charge is added at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders already placed.

- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@bosscoversusa.com with photos of the damage.
Returns & Refunds
Before your order ships, you may cancel for a full refund at any time, for any reason. Email us and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Once the product has been delivered, the following return policy applies:
- 30-day money-back guarantee — unused, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
- Return shipping — buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged
- Refund processing — refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product
- Installed products — the base mount bonds to your safe door with an adhesive. Once that adhesive backing has been peeled and the mount pressed into place, the unit generally cannot be resold and may not be eligible for return. Confirm fit against the compatibility list and dry-fit the parts before peeling the backing.
- Install Protection — the adhesive bonds only once. If you misapply it or damage the mount while installing, you are not stuck buying a full-price replacement: we will replace the unit one time at a discount. Email us and we will set it up.
- Defective or damaged on arrival — this exclusion does not apply. If the product arrives defective or is damaged in shipping, we cover return shipping and refund or replace it regardless of installation state.

Warranty
CLOAK is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from the environmental events CLOAK is designed to protect against (EMP, impact, fire, water) — if CLOAK was damaged while performing its intended protective function, that is expected behavior, not a defect
To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@bosscoversusa.com with your order details and a description of the defect.
Limitation of Liability
CLOAK is an environmental protection accessory. It is designed to reduce risk but does not guarantee that a safe’s electronic keypad will survive any specific environmental event. Performance depends on the severity, duration, and nature of the threat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boss Covers USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to damage to safe contents, loss of access to a safe, or failure of the product to prevent damage in extreme conditions.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product.

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and product designs — is the property of Boss Covers USA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
